Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Certain items (see below) are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

Just email us at contact@scentdefenders.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged in shipping, defective), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • If you’re returning an item for any other reason, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? No problem—just contact us and we’ll help you arrange an exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened scent control products (sprays, soaps, wipes, ozone items, etc.)

  • Used apparel or gear that has been worn in the field

  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
