When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During peak hunting seasons, please allow an extra day or two. We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order goes out.
How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
For standard shipping within the U.S.:

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you created an account, you can also check your order status through your account page.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
When available, expedited options are shown at checkout. If you need something urgently and don’t see an option that works, email us at contact@scentdefenders.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Right now we ship to U.S. addresses only and do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Some items, such as opened scent control products and used apparel, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Are your scent control products safe to use on all fabrics and gear?
Always check the product label first. Many sprays and soaps are safe for hunting clothing, backpacks, and gear, but if you’re unsure, test a small hidden area before full use.
Do your scent control products really work?
We take scent control seriously and focus on products from brands we trust and would use ourselves. No scent control system can guarantee results in every situation—wind, conditions, and overall setup all matter—but we aim to carry gear that makes sense for serious, fair-chase hunters. Over time, we plan to share more in-depth reviews and testing insights on our blog and product pages.
Can you help me choose the right scent control system?

Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes. If you find the same item at a lower eligible price within 6 months of your purchase, we’ll review it and, if approved, refund the difference. The competitor must be a U.S.-based authorized dealer, the item must be new and in stock, and the lower price must be a publicly advertised online price.
